Shipping/Returns

No more online store for now. Sorry about that! We still heart you and our brick and mortar store is doing well! 

You may return or exchange an item within a 30 day period. 

Clothing must NOT be washed, worn, posses any noticeable perfumes or scents, it must not be covered in animal hair. Basically it needs to still be NEW. 

Returns must include the original invoice, why it was returned and instructions on return payment or exchange.

Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If exchanged NOOCH will be cover the shipping for the exchanged item.  

We ship everything priority USPS. 

1-2 items - $5.95

3-6 items - $11.95 

7 or more items - $15.95

(If we can fit your order in a small box. We will do so and make up the cost with extra product of our choosing.)
